Add 1 scoop (10g) per 500ml of liquid. Bloom in cold liquid for 5 minutes before adding to hot liquid. Do not boil.
What is the difference between gelatin and collagen?
Both come from the same source. Gelatin gels when cooled (for cooking). Collagen peptides are hydrolysed so they dissolve without gelling (for drinks).
Is it suitable for people with allergies?
The product is gluten-free but is manufactured in a facility that contains dairy and soy lecithin. It is not suitable for vegetarians or vegans.
How should I store it?
Store sealed in a cool, dry, odour-free environment below 25°C.
