Monk fruit concentrate is a liquid sweetener made by crushing the monk fruit (Siraitia grosvenorii), infusing it in water, and concentrating the natural juice. Unlike powdered monk fruit extract which is heavily processed, our concentrate is a whole-fruit liquid, closer to nature with no additives, fillers, or erythritol. The natural compounds responsible for its sweetness (mogrosides) are up to 250 times sweeter than sugar, so just a few drops go a very long way.

Yes, monk fruit concentrate works well in baking applications. It does not provide the volume or browning that sugar does, so you may need to adjust your recipe accordingly. We recommend our Unflavoured 100ml for baking as it offers the best value for larger quantities.
Refrigeration is not essential but will extend shelf life. Once opened, we recommend storing in the fridge and using within 12 months.

Both contain the same pure organic monk fruit concentrate. The 100ml is simply a larger bottle offering better value if you use it regularly or want to stock up. The 50ml is ideal if you're trying monk fruit for the first time or prefer a more compact bottle. The flavoured variants (Vanilla, Hazelnut, Caramel) are available in 50ml; the Unflavoured is available in both 50ml and 100ml.
